Dutch (NT2) - Intensive Course for the Dutch State Exam
Our intensive course for the Dutch State Exam consists of three consecutive courses in one year: a course for beginners, intermediate level students, and advanced level students. These courses prepare you for the Dutch State Exam, program II within a year. We also offer supplementary modules and courses for extra help.
These courses are intended for highly educated expats and international students who speak little or no Dutch.
Arabic for Beginners
The most important aspect of this course is learning to read and write the Arabic alphabet. Speaking and listening are also dealt with, but to a lesser degree. Since you will have to learn a completely new alphabet, there is no other option but to have homework. Practice, practice and more practice.
Dutch (NT2) as a Second Language
You can choose from a wide range of courses. The "intensive program" trains you to reach the level of the Dutch State Exam NT2, within a year. we offer the in-depth courses "after the state exam" to perfect your Dutch or you can learn how to survive day-to-day through our "Dutch for Expats" courses.
Italian for Beginners
This course teaches you the basics of Italian. Each skill is offered, though the course focuses primarily on communicative actions such as introducing yourself, going out with friends, asking directions and catching the train.
NT2: Beginners (intensive Course)
This course allows you to rapidly acquire a solid basis of everyday Dutch based on texts from the Delft method that you will go through step-by-step. Grammar is also explained based on these texts. This allows you to develop a feel for the language instead of only a knowledge of the grammar rules.
NT2: Upper-Intermediate Dutch
During this course, you work from the B1 level to the B2 level. Using the book Nederlands op Niveau, you will work with texts, listening fragments, and do vocabulary and grammar exercises.
Chinese for beginners 2
This course is a continuation of the Chinese for Beginners 1. Some examples of what you will learn in this course are how to share your experiences in Chinese and how to ask for directions. You will also write simple texts in Chinese characters.
French for Beginners - Plus
We assume you have some knowledge of French for this course. Basic knowledge is repeated but at a rapid rate. This is why we have added the word ‘plus’ to the title of the course. During the course, the skills of reading, listening, speaking and writing are offered in somewhat equal degrees. The practice activities are geared toward practical and realistic situations, such as introducing yourself, doing the groceries and talking about a city or region.
French - Intermediate
The course is a continuation of the French for Beginners – Plus. Your knowledge of French is increased through group and individual assignments, such as inventing and presenting a new product together with your fellow students. You will also watch and listen to a television program at home, and then answer questions about it.
